Payment and Shipping Information
All items are sold as-is. This is used merchandise and you are bound to find some flaw as it was used. If you are unhappy with the item or we have misrepresented an item (i.e. damage that was not called), we will refund your purchase price only, no shipping costs can be refunded (those were already paid to outside vendor and they do not refund to us), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. There is no charge for canceling your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Ask all questions before you purchase as the pictures and the description tell the story. We will gladly pull the item and double check the condition for you if you ask. We do not call our items perfect or mint or excellent unless they are exceptional. Everyone has their own version of what those terms mean. If an item has a piece of dirt, an air bubble, a speck of old paint, a mold line - some people would be offended if you called this piece perfect so we prefer to tell you the items are used and call any defects or problems that we see - but we are also human and can miss things - be sure you email us if you have concerns before buying.
Payments
Payment accepted as Money Orders, Checks, Visa or MasterCard, or PayPal®. Please do not send cash. International clients must pay in US Funds using Money Orders, or PayPal®. We do not accept wire transfers.
PA residents add 6% sales tax unless tax exemption information is provided.
Payment must be received within 10 days of the purchase unless other arrangements are made. If payment not made, you order may be cancelled.
A $20.00 fee will be charged for any NSF (non sufficient funds) or returned checks.
Shipping
Shipping through FedEx® Ground includes insurance up to value of items purchased and a tracking number.
Federal Express Ground rates are only for the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and territories of the US will have to go by Priority Mail® or Parcel Post.
Shipping through USPS® also includes insurance up to value of items purchased.
Items will be shipped on the next shipment date, we reserve the right to hold checks for bank clearance, usually 8 to 10 days, at my discretion.
FedEx® shipments go out every day, as long as we have enough to ship. USPS® is about 2 times a week.
International customers will need to email for shipping costs.
